With more than 17 years working in fine dining, cocktail bars, modern cafes and hotel kitchens, Head Chef Lachlan has curated a menu with a slight European coastal flair and consciously selected environmentally friendly ingredients for seafood dishes following GoodFish, Australia’s sustainable seafood guide. Even the hand crafted pizzas receive extra attention with our 37 year old ‘Mother dough’.
